Lasting Freedom: Finding Peace with Your Body
May 6 @ 4:00 pm - June 10 @ 5:30 pm PDT
Finding Peace with Your Body is a six-week body image support group designed to gently help you discover a deeper compassion for your body, regardless of how it looks today.
Healing our body image is a complex process, and it can often take a lot longer than we would like. Disordered eating and body image issues often go hand in hand, yet it is common for our relationship with food to begin to heal more quickly than our view of our bodies.
During this course, we will explore practical aspects of how we can make peace with our bodies from a foundation of what is Biblically true about our bodies as God created them.
This body image support group runs weekly on Mondays from April 17th – May 22nd and is open to individuals 16 and older.
