The Center for Discovery, Thousand Oaks, offers residential eating disorder treatment programs designed to meet the individualized needs of female-identifying and non-binary individuals aged 16 to 26. The center's holistic approach provides comprehensive levels of care custom-tailored to each person’s unique background and requirements. Through evidence-based therapies, highly trained clinicians work closely with residents to help them regain control over their eating disorders.

Treatment modalities cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, and exposure and response prevention.
