I am a certified eating disorder specialist and certified intuitive eating counselor. I take an individualized approach to nutrition therapy, supporting clients in a variety of ways from structured meal plans to intuitive eating depending on the needs of the client.

Before opening Shine, I worked at a variety of levels of care in both eating disorder and substance use treatment centers. This includes working at the ACUTE Center for Eating Disorders in Denver, Colorado, where my patients had some of the most severe malnutrition and eating disorders cases in the country.

I take pride in building a strong rapport with my clients and believe nutrition counseling should be a conversation. Together we will create meal plans, eating patterns, and goal setting to ensure clients achieve what they want from nutrition therapy.
