Born Worthy: Navigating Diet Culture’s Burdens and Learning to Be There for Ourselves and Others
January 24 @ 4:00 pm - 5:00 pm PST
Join us for an unforgettable virtual panel discussion hosted by ANAD, the first and oldest nonprofit organization dedicated to serving people with eating disorders, with our guest, Born This Way Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting youth mental health and working with young people to build a kinder, braver world.
Together with our wonderful panelists, you’ll experience an evening of self-reflective discussion and practical tools to help you learn to be there for yourself and others, especially at the start of a New Year, when diet culture messaging is at its loudest.
We highly recommend that participants earn their Be There Certificate ahead of the event: a free, online mental health course available in English, Spanish, and French, designed to provide you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to safely support anyone who may be struggling with mental health. Watch Lady Gaga’s message about the Be There Certificate here, and sign up to earn yours at BeThereCertificate.org!
